We’re a fast-paced, high-growth recruiting firm specializing in placing top-tier Nurses and Allied Health Professionals. We’re seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a background in high-volume agency recruiting.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role that rewards high performance with uncapped commissions and accelerated earnings as you hit key placement milestones.
Location: REMOTE! Ideally works in East Coast timezone
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, screen, and place top healthcare talent
- Source, interview, and present highly qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process, staying connected with candidates every step of the way
- Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and long-term success
Daily Expectations
- Minimum of 2 candidate presentations per day
- Minimum of 3 successful placements per month
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic — not about hours, but productivity, focus, and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive, financially driven professionals only
- A “hunter” mindset — you’re proactive, persistent, and unafraid of the phone or LinkedIn deep dives
- Agency recruiting experience is required
- Experience with ATS systems (LOXO experience is a plus)
- Clinical background (RN, Allied Health) with recruiting experience is a bonus, but not required
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Additional commissions for client development and new business.
